2. Rental Terms & Drop-Off/Pick-Up

  • Placement & Access: You are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the delivery location on the agreed-upon date. Driveways, alleyways, or property access routes must be unobstructed and clear of vehicles, low-hanging branches, or overhead cables.
  • Property Damage Disclaimer: Our heavy equipment and containers are delivered using commercial trucks. While our drivers take reasonable care, Aleman’s Dumpster Services is not responsible for damage to driveways, asphalt, concrete, lawns, sprinkler systems, or underground utilities resulting from placement requested by the customer.
  • Permits: If placement of the container is required on a public street, sidewalk, or right-of-way, the customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits from local municipal authorities prior to delivery.

3. Prohibited Materials & Loading Limits

  • Weight Capacity: Containers must not be loaded past the top rim («fill line»). Overfilled dumpsters pose a hazard during transport and may be subject to additional leveling fees or refusal of pickup.
  • Hazardous & Restricted Items: Customers are strictly prohibited from placing hazardous materials into dumpsters or junk removal loads. Restricted materials include, but are not limited to:

    • Hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, oils, solvents, and pesticides
    • Asbestos, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, and biohazardous/medical waste
    • Explosives, flammable liquids, and pressurized tanks
    • Electronics, appliances, or tires (unless pre-approved with special fees)
  • Violations: If hazardous or non-acceptable materials are found in a returned container, additional hazardous disposal fees, processing surcharges, or return trip charges will apply.

4. Pricing, Payments & Cancellations

  • Pricing & Quotes: Quotes provided through the Site or via phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final fees depend on rental duration, weight limits, material type, and location.
  • Overweight & Rental Extension Fees: Exceeding maximum weight allowances or keeping the dumpster past the scheduled rental term will result in additional daily or tonnage charges.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleman’s Dumpster Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or Services.
